Logistics Supervisor

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Petersburg!

The Logistics Supervisor oversees the flow of goods from origin to final destination, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among stakeholders. This full-time, remote position reports to the Vice President of Operations Integration.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide input on project timelines, resource planning, and cost estimates.
-Verify and promptly manage vendor documentation (proof of delivery, BOLs, manifests, etc.).
-Schedule, monitor, and communicate changes for shipments.
-Identify and mitigate potential risks.
-Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
-Support Operations Manager with vendor payments and client invoicing/collections.
-Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through exceptional communication.
-Participate in educational opportunities to enhance industry knowledge.
-Be available for calls outside of normal business hours as needed.

Pay rate $22-$25 based on experience. Schedule is 1st shift: 8am - 4:30pm.
