Project Manager
Trillium Construction is now hiring in Kansas City, MO!
Our client specializes in federal construction projects all over the country. They typically perform TI work for hospitals and/or medical offices on bases, although sometimes they also do ground up projects. They are now looking to bring on a Project Manager for their Kansas City office. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $140k depending on experience plus benefits like M/V/D, PTO, 401k.
Duties:
-Develops and manages project budgets and schedules to deliver on time and on budget completion to clients
-Utilizes project management software throughout the life of project including: RFIs, Submittals, Drawings/Specs, QA/QC process.
-Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
-Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
-Track subcontractor outstanding potential change orders monthly and manage the project team timely processing of subcontractor change orders
-Oversee and manage the submittal and coordination process
-Reviews and verifies submitted applications for payment and performs overall fiscal management of multiple construction projects.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager and experience working on federal projects
-Ability to pass a federal background screening
-Has experience managing projects between $50 and $60 million
-Preferred experience working on Healthcare projects
-Software experience: Procore, RMS (government software)
