Pipefitter

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Pipefitter for direct-hire!

Job duties
-Must be someone who represents the organization with the ability to lead by example, adhere to company standards, and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism

-Performs all work in compliance with company standards, does not deviate from policies and procedures, and adheres to regulatory requirements.
-Safety is essential and all safety training classes must be completed with a 100% pass rate. 
-Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
-High energy, ambitious, and results-oriented; commitment to a culture of performance and excellence is required.
-Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, clients, vendors, and other business contacts.
-Must meet deadlines while working safely to ensure a quality product.
-Must be proficient in understanding isometric and plan drawings, specifications, and layouts.
-Must pay attention to detail.
-Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment.
-Must operate hand tools safely.
-Assist with organizing materials and equipment.
-Assist in the assembly of pre-welded piping flanged spools, valves, SS tubing, pipe stands, and threaded piping/fittings.
-Conduct activities safely and healthily and work following Safety Procedures and Policies
-Must have the ability to meet deadlines while working safely and producing a quality product
-Must possess the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel, both hourly and management, in a team environment
-Other duties as assigned.
  
Pay rate is $25.00 - $27.51 per hour, depending on experience.

-A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required
-1-2 years of pipe fitting is required
-1 year of pipe-threading is preferred.
-Must work well with others in a team-oriented environment
