Business Analyst
Trillium Professional is now seeking a Business Analyst in Richmond!
Support of the fiscal, budgetary, and accounting operations. Plans, organizes, develops, maintains, and coordinates the development and implementation of fiscal operations, processes, policies and procedures for the program.
Support development of the annual budget and reviews expenditure and spend plan data. Will perform monthly program/project expense analysis and assist with the review and analysis of program expenditures and budgets. Will be responsible for supporting executive decision making and presenting the financial aspects of projects to senior management. Requires understanding budgeting and accounting with the ability to analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions.
Participate in the development and maintenance of performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets to promote financial accountability, and assist in identifying performance improvement opportunities.
Provide good customer service to internal team members & external customers, comprehensive analytical skills (Excel, MS Word), being an effective communicator, as well as being self-motivated and showing initiative while accomplishing the task at hand.

Requirements:
-Extensive experience in the use of the computers and software (Microsoft 365) applications. Excel pivot tables, complex spreadsheets, etc. Required 5 Years
-Extensive in financial analysis and forecasting Required 5 Years
-Customer service to broad audiences, professionals, vendors, team members and executive staff Required 5 Years
-General knowledge of accounting practices and financial management Required 5 Years
-Experience in performance metrics, measurements, methods and targets to promote financial accountability Highly desired 3 Years
-Experience with Cardinal Financial system Highly desired 1 Years
