Electrical Mechanical Technician

Electrical Mechanical Technician needed in Neenah, WI! 1st shift!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanical Technician to add to our client’s growing team!

The Electrical Mechanical Technician will be responsible to assemble components, sub-assemblies, and systems to customer specification. Candidates will be responsible for diagnosing malfunctions, set-up and operation of a variety of hand tools, completing final inspection, assisting in development of new equipment, and maintaining safety within the workplace. Previous experience assembling control panels and cabinets, preferred. Electrical wiring experience is a huge plus! Our client is open to candidates with mechanical assembly experience, electrical assembly experience, or a true Electro-Mechanical Tech experience with a manufacturing or OEM background.

This is a full-time, contract to hire opportunity, with potential for immediate Direct Hire based on experience. The standard 1st shift hours are Monday - Friday 6;00am - 2:30pm, with flexible start and end times, along with overtime availability until 4:00pm. Starting wages range based on experience, $25-30+ per hour!

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology preferred, not required.
- 2-4+ years working experience in Electrical or Mechanical Assembly, required.
- Experience in both Electrical and Mechanical assembly a huge plus!
- Ability to read blueprints and/or schematics, preferred.
- Panel or Cabinet building experience, strongly desired.
