Motor Grader Operator - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Motor Grader Operator for a project in Albion, MI!!! 

Trillium is seeking a Motor Grader Operator to run and operate a CAT 140M Finish Blade for some reclaim work and that can also build, cap, and touching up roads.  May also be doing some repair work as well.  This is for a large solar project in the area.  Operators MUST BE PROFICIENT WITH TRIMBLE GPS SYSTEMS!!!! Will be working primarily from the Motor Grader but could be asked to run a few other machines as well.  Will need to be ok being asked to jump in other equipment and do what needs to be done.  Should have good communication skills to work with other operators and foreman/supervisors. Prior experience running Blade and doing finish work is a must!!  Will be working 6–10-hour shifts and the project could last for about 4-6 months. This company is looking for someone with long term goal mindset and this could lead to long term employment past this one job.  Previous experience on solar/wind sites is preferred.  Pay will be $32-34/hour and per diem is $120/day all 7 days.
