Tax Manager

Trillium Professional is now looking for a Tax Manager I to join our team.

Responsibilities
-Supervise and complete routine engagements.
-Supervise Tax Associates and Tax Seniors to provide feedback to them and evaluate their progress.
-Become experts in their assigned areas.
-Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firm.
-Assist in firm administrative functions as assigned by the partners.
-Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients.
-Highly proficient and knowledgeable in the firm’s policy and procedures.
-Partner’s discretion as to their overall ability and qualities to work effectively at this level.

Annual is a $100,000 to $150,000 per year.

Qualifications:
-Individuals must have their CPA license and have a minimum of three to six years of experience as a senior level accountant (or equivalent experience as deemed appropriate by the partners).
-Have technical proficiency with the ability to supervise complete engagements and effective management of a book of business.
-Five to ten years of overall experience in certified public accounting firms.
