Trillium Driver Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to be based out of our White Bear lake MN office recruiting throughout Minnesota and ND and SD.
Trillium Drivers is now seeking a Rockstar Recruiter to lead their recruiting efforts in our White Bear Lake MN based driver office.
The Recruiter role is responsible for achieving the financial goals of branch office by maintaining employee and client relationships, maintaining a sufficient pool of field staff employees to meet current and anticipated customer demand, and filling clients’ orders with quality employees who will meet client expectations.
This is not a work from home position. This is full-time, Monday through Friday 8am-5pm . We offer an hourly rate of $22-23/hour with a very generous and competitive commission structure.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous service industry experience
• Transportation Staffing or staffing experience is preferred but not required
