Trillium Professional is now seeking an Automation Engineer for direct-hire!

In this role, you’ll team up with our engineering and sales pros to craft top-notch machines and control systems. What You’ll Do:
-Innovate and Create: Design and develop advanced automation control systems and electrical circuits for a range of equipment.
-Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with mechanical engineers to specify and integrate electrical components, ensuring seamless equipment designs.
-Analyze and Optimize: Test and analyze electrical and safety systems to meet the highest industry standards.
-Code and Control: Write, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC code to enhance machine performance and create intuitive visual displays for user interfaces.
-Support and Serve: Provide expert support to our customers, including occasional emergency after-hours remote assistance.

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
-Experience: Solid background in electrical/electronic design, automation, and PLC programming. CREO or Windchill experience is a bonus!
-Technical Proficiency: Skilled with Windows PC, Microsoft Office Suite, digital multimeters, and oscilloscope. Familiarity with PLC platforms, ladder logic, and network communications (TCP/IP, Ethernet) is essential.
