Shop Foreman

Trillium Construction is seeking a Shop Foreman for our client in Conyers, GA, a leader in modular building solutions.

If you have strong leadership skills and experience in metal and steel fabrication, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily shop operations, including production and job coordination, to ensure high-quality output.
-Provide hands-on management and supervision to maintain customer satisfaction.
-Drive productivity while adhering to strict quality control standards.

This is a full-time role with the possibility of overtime. Must be able to work a Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility for 8-10 hour shifts and weekends as needed. Work is on-site in Conyers, GA (Relocation required before the start date).

Essential Qualifications:
-Experience: Minimum of 10 years in metal and steel fabrication, welding, painting, and fitting.
-Skills: Blueprint reading, quality control, and production management.
-Experience Level: Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in steel fabrication.
-License: A valid driver’s license is required.
