Trillium Construction is hiring for a Recruiter in Lewisville, TX to work for a large industrial automation company, helping to identify personnel needs and hiring employees for open positions.

This opportunity offers full-time hours, benefits, and is a long-term position!

Duties:
-Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
-Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
-Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company values
-Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to ensure successful candidate placements
-Present job offers and negotiate terms with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends
-Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with all recruitment processes and regulations
-Support employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice through engaging job postings, social media content, and participation in recruitment events
-Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process

Pay rate is $30/hr - $35/hr plus benefits including M/V/D insurance. Apply now!

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
-2+ years of recruiting experience, preferable in a technical or engineering environment
-Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
-Proficiency in using ATS, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
-Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
