Trillium has an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative in Richmond, VA!

This role is responsible for developing new business in Richmond, Petersburg, and the counties of Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, and Prince George.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and grow your territory
- Position reports directly to the Sales Manager (remotely)
- Meet and exceed your Branch/Sales Manager’s expectations
- Travel requirements depend on the effectiveness of prospecting
Compensation:
- $45-50,000 annual base salary + commission.
- Commission averages $10-12,000 the first year with growth in following years
- Guaranteed commission negotiable for the first 6 months
- Quarterly bonus potential of $1,500

Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience required (outside preferred but inside will be considered as well)
- Any experience with industrial capital equipment is a plus
- Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
