Field Service Technician
Join Our Team as an Aftermarket Technical Support Specialist / Field Service Technician!
Pay: $30-$35/hr. - 1st Shift: Mon-Fri (flexible hours). Travel: 100% across the US, Mexico, and Canada.

-As an Aftermarket Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for both in-house and on-site technical support, delivering advanced solutions to internal and external customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
-Expert Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair equipment issues with precision, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
On-Site Consultations: Travel to client locations across North America, performing machine analyses and making spare parts recommendations.
-Customer Experience: Provide a friendly, informative, and professional experience while servicing customer equipment.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all service work to ensure seamless follow-up and continuous improvement.
Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements based on audits, customer feedback, and employee insights.
-First-Level Support: Offer prompt advice and technical solutions to resolve customer challenges.
-Field Assignments: Execute complex technical and electrical fieldwork, including installation, modification, and repair of equipment.
-Troubleshooting: Apply basic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve smaller mechanical issues on the spot.

Key Qualifications:
-Ability to travel 60-80% of the time for hands-on machine analysis and support
-Experience in small engines, automotive, or agricultural maintenance
-In-depth knowledge of mechanical maintenance processes, tools, and equipment
-Preferred: Associate’s Degree in a related field plus 4+ years of hands-on experience.
