Substation Electrician - Per Diem Offered

We are hiring substation electricians immediately.

A Substation Electrician performs highly skilled, journey-level electrical work in the operation, construction, maintenance, and repair of high voltage electric substations, and other related electrical and mechanical equipment associated with high voltage electric substations.  

Starting Salary $35-40/hour. Candidates will be working 50 hour weeks. Per diem $200/day for qualified travelers. Benefits available after 45 days of employment including health, dental & vision coverages. Retirement plans available and Paid Holidays and PTO available.

Minimum qualifications:
-High school diploma, GED or equivalent
-completed 4 year apprentice program, or minimum 5 years journeyman substation experience.
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
-Must be able to climb, stand and work from bucket trucks.
-Must be available at nights, or on call hours as needed.
-Must be able to work in inclement weather as needed.
