Trillium is Now Hiring a 2nd Shift Welder in Mentor!

We are looking for an experienced Welder to work the 2nd shift starting at 2:00pm until 10:00pm Monday to Friday. The starting pay rate is up to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. 

Job Responsibilities:
-Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. 
-Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits. 
-Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers. 
-Examine workpieces for defects and measure workpieces with straightedges or templates to ensure conformance with specifications. 
-Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as shielded metal arc and gas metal arc welding equipment. 
-Weld separately or in combination, using aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and other alloys.

Requirements: 
-Possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in welding in a manufacturing environment or equivalent training/education.
-Has 2 years or more experience with welding Sheet Metal.  
-Must have considerable knowledge of principles and practices of TIG Welding
