Join our dynamic team as a Parts Counter Representative!

You’ll be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone. Your role will include order taking and processing at both the front and back counters, helping customers find exactly what they need.

Key Responsibilities
As a Parts Counter Representative, you will:
-Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with parts selection, and offer product specials.
-Training: Participate in Parts Academy and Elite Dealer training programs.
-Industry Awareness: Stay updated with industry trends and publications.
-System Proficiency: Master OEM parts applications and the CDK computer system.
-Order Processing: Set up orders for delivery, shipment, or pickup.
-Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory and log lost sales.
Support: Assist office personnel and handle warranty parts and returns.

Special Duties
The Parts Counter Representative will also:
-Front Counter: Assist with morning orders and notify customers about their orders.
-Back Counter: Help service technicians with parts, source parts outside DTNA network, and update the SOR list.

Maintenance
-Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
-Safety: Report unsafe conditions and attend all company meetings.
-Vehicles: Keep company vehicles clean and refueled.

Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Basic computer skills.
-Professional appearance.
-Excellent customer service skills.
-Ability to lift up to 120 pounds.
-Clean MDV license.
