Manufacturing Assistant

Trillium Staffing is now seeking a Manufacturing Assistant in Coldwater!

Pay rate is $18-$20/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with production teams to draft, revise, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
-Ensure effective communication and address employee inquiries promptly, fostering a positive workplace culture.

Additional Duties:
-Conduct routine reviews of workplace conditions to verify compliance with safety and labor laws.
-Manage the creation and updating of job descriptions and manufacturing SOPs to ensure clarity and operational consistency.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in manufacturing or process documentation roles.
-Demonstrated ability to draft and implement SOPs within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing compliance and record-keeping.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
