Senior Automation Controls Technician

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Senior Building Automation Controls Technician in Columbus!

This direct-hire position is looking for an HVAC service technician who possesses at least five years of experience in building automation systems. The Building Automation Controls Technician will diagnose and repair control systems, including performing inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.

This role also requires providing technical guidance to site owners, ensuring proper set-points and schedules are correctly programmed, and performing installations and start-ups as needed.

The coverage area includes Columbus and surrounding Central Ohio area. Site work constitutes 90% of the role.  

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Compensation:
- Salary range is $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
- Quarterly bonus opportunity

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in building controls and automation
- Experience with building automation systems programming
- Knowledge of BACnet control systems
- Valid and clean driver’s license
