Quality Inspector

Trillium has immediate openings for Quality Inspectors in Wilmington!

This Temp-to-Hire position seeks individuals capable of reading and interpreting manufacturing and assembly blueprints. The Quality Inspector will be tasked with verifying that all raw materials, components, and parts adhere to defined compliance and dimensional standards necessary for order fulfillment. Additionally, the Quality Inspector will supervise the assembly process and the final product’s completion, ensuring that the product complies with all specifications prior to shipping. 1st Shift / Monday - Friday, $21-$26/hr DOE.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability for shift work and overtime when required
- Competency in operating handheld and advanced measurement systems
- Close vision, depth of field, peripheral, and color vision is required
- Ability to lift and or transport up to 50 lbs. 
- Excellent knowledge of ERP Computer systems
- Outstanding listening, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
- Competent math and measurement skills
- Must be able to read, comprehend, and execute the blueprint instructions
