Electrical Engineer
Electrical Engineer need in De Pere, WI! Direct Hire!
Our well-established client is looking for an experience Electrical Engineer to add to their growing team. As an Electrical Engineer you will help design, develop and supervise the installation, proper startup, and function of electrical equipment, components, and systems for commercial, industrial, and utility use. This specific role will support the design and production phases of electrical switch gear and power generation products.
Responsibilities include:
• Evaluating electrical systems, products, components and applications.
• Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software.
• Confirm systems and components capabilities by designing testing methods and testing properties.
• Coordinate the construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications and codes.
• Develop electrical products.
• Develop manufacturing processes.
• Provide engineering information at customers and vendors request.
• Develop budgets, estimate labor, bills of material and construction costs.
• Maintain product data base.
• Look into customer complaints, determine the root cause and recommend remedial measures.
• Work directly with sales and estimating on projects to enhance existing and new product development.
The Electrical Engineer role is a full-time, direct hire opportunity. The hours are Monday to Friday 7a.m. to 4p.m. The salary is between $75,000 to $100,000, based on experience.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 5 or more years of experience in electrical engineering.
• experience using Auto Cad/SolidWorks, PDM is preferred.
• knowledge of codes related to electrical engineering, including NEC starts, control logic and power generation/protection.
• Experience with LC/MC switchgears and or diesel genset application or equivalent commercial industrial electrical field, is a plus.
