Recruiter

We are now seeking a Recruiter to join the corporate team in Kalamazoo, MI!

Trillium is a locally owned and nationally ranked staffing firm, entering our 41st year in business. Our centralized recruiting team here in Kalamazoo is expanding to accommodate new business we’ve taken on across the country.

Recruiters on our team will:
-Be responsible for high volume outbound calling to potential job seekers.
-Be responsible for thorough phone interviews of potential applicants for roles ranging from drivers, production workers, skilled industrial workers and more.
-Collaborate daily with our onboarding team who will handle all the new hire paperwork and scheduling of new hires based on your hiring recommendations.
-Collaborate daily with our recruiting team to discuss our progress on meeting our client needs.

This is an in-office position with an interactive team who collectively hires more than 1,000 people across the country each year. Annual salary is $38-50k/year, depending on experience plus commissions.

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Previous Staffing or Call Center experience is preferred
