Trillium Construction is hiring for a Mechanical Project Manager for a direct-hire position with a nationwide design-build commercial and federal contractor in Pensacola, FL.

The Project Manager will provide daily supervision, direction, and coordination of all mechanical construction activities while producing quality work, within specified requirements, targeted budget, and schedule. 

Duties:
-Reads design build, design bid build and hard bid RFP documentation, such as blueprints, specifications, etc., to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
-Consults with the Pre-Con Manager, on estimates material or worker requirements to complete assigned project
-Creates project schedule of values (SOV) and schedule based off bid time budgets
-Orders or requisitions major equipment purchases, purchase order contracts, materials and supplies, as required
-Organizes, supervises, coordinates, and schedules the daily activities of the Mechanical Superintendent and subcontractors
-Assigns work to employees, based on project requirements of specific jobs
-Monitors and schedules all project specific activities including manpower, productivity, quality of work and safety
-Update and maintain all project specific mechanical and plumbing files/data on shared server

Compensation:
-Annual salary between $95,000 - $120,000

Qualifications:
-A 4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum formal education required for this position
-5 or more years work experience as a Mechanical Project Manager responsible for numerous projects and sizes (of the mechanical scope) of at least $5,000,000 (commercial or industrial) required
-5 or more years (or equivalent) field or trade work experience with mechanical systems highly desirable; government, military, or large commercial construction experience preferred. Work in the design-build industry is preferred.
-Computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6) preferred
