Project Sales Executive
Trillium Construction is now hiring in the Twin Cities, MN!
Our client is a premier provider of heating and cooling services in the Twin Cities and they are now looking to hire to a Project Sales Executive! The company focuses on pump replacements, automation systems, boilers, etc. This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary of up to $100k plus commission bonuses base on project sales and benefits like M/V/D, 401k, PTO, and a vehicle allowance.
Duties:
-Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned sales territory.
-Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
-Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company products to new and existing customers.
-Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
-Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
-Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an HVAC sales roll along with general estimating and basic design knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration and mechanical systems
-Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented individual to develop repair and replacement proposals and turn-key solutions for commercial and industrial clientele.
-Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
-Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. (They use North Boundary, similar to Salesforce)
