Trillium has an immediate opening for Sales Manager in Houston, TX! Great opportunity with a multinational company selling industrial capital equipment!
 
This Direct-Hire opportunity is seeking a sales leader to oversee the sales team within two fast-growing branches in Texas. This position would be managing an outside sales team in a heavy prospecting environment. If you have experience in sales management or industrial sales, we want to hear from you today!
 
Responsibilities:
• Supervise all branch outside sales representatives
• Develop plans for future branch growth
• Work out of the local office in Houston as the home base, plus oversee all sales personnel in San Antonio, Austin, Houston, and El Paso. Approximately 40% in-office and 60% field work
 
Compensation:
• $70-105,000 base salary + commission + bonus
• Commission averaged $2,500/month or $30,000 annually in 2024
• Annual bonus potential of $15,000 (plus an additional $2,500 supplemental based in new customers)
• Plus additional bonuses possible each quarter
• Total annual compensation averaging $121,500 - $156,500

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of sales management of outside sales teams in a hunter environment
• Previous industrial/manufacturing sales experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• SAP experience is a plus
• Must have a current/valid driver’s license with a clean record
