Project Manager

Trillium Construction is now seeking a Project Manager for a direct-hire opportunity local to Clarks or Omaha Nebraska!

Salary: $100k - $150k | Benefits: M/V/D, PTO, 401k.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a direct hire position with a construction company that provides engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services for the energy industry. They design and build industrial facilities, including terminals, pipelines, and storage tanks. The Project Manager will lead multi-craft EPC projects up to $50M. This direct hire position will involve overseeing all project phases, including engineering, procurement, and construction. The PM is responsible for safety, quality, cost control, client interaction, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage project teams, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
-Oversee safety protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
-Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
-Lead constructability reviews and ensure the project’s quality and safety standards are met.
-Manage project scope, risk, and opportunity logs; handle change orders.
-Oversee subcontract and procurement processes.
-Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
-Maintain project documentation and ensure successful project closeout.

Qualifications:
-5-7 years of experience in construction management or project engineering.
-Proven track record managing EPC projects of $50M+ in value.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders.
-Expertise in project controls, scheduling, and risk management.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Primavera P6).
-Willingness to travel up to one week per month.
