Quality Supervisor

Trillium has an immediate opening for an experienced Quality Supervisor in Sidney!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is looking for a Quality Supervisor to uphold high production standards and ensure compliance with engineering requirements and customer expectations. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role involves overseeing quality control efforts, resolving defects, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor and verify product quality at various production stages, from raw materials to final output.
-Identify and address defects by leading investigations and implementing corrective actions.
-Visit customer sites to assess quality expectations and gather feedback.
-Develop and conduct training programs to enhance quality awareness among staff.
-Encourage employees to integrate quality checks into their daily workflow.
-Collaborate on new product launches to establish effective quality control measures.
-Evaluate and approve supplier quality documentation, including process control plans.
-Work with suppliers to resolve quality concerns and minimize inspection needs.
-Supervise and mentor quality team members, providing guidance and performance feedback.
-Prepare for and support external audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
-Drive initiatives that reinforce accountability and high standards across the organization.
-Handle additional tasks as needed.

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Annual salary is $65,000 - $70,000+ salary DOE.

Qualifications:
-3–5 years of experience in quality assurance within a heavy industrial and manufacturing setting.
-Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001.
-Managing teams in a leadership or supervisory role.
-Experience working with Lean, Six Sigma, & Root Cause Analysis.
-Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
-Willingness to travel for training and site support when necessary.
