Senior CNC Programmer

Trillium has an immediate opening for a Senior CNC Programmer in Grove City!

This Direct-Hire opportunity is looking for a Senior CNC Programmer to support the Production, Engineering, and R&D teams with expert-level programming, CAD modeling, and process development. If you’re a pro at NX CAD/CAM software and Macro B programming and love problem-solving and continuous improvement, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
-Create high-level CNC programs and CAD models for manufacturing and product development.
-Work with Engineering and R&D teams to improve processes and solve challenges.
-Develop standard programming and design methods.
-Lead projects and mentor junior programmers.
-Keep safety top of mind and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Schedule is 1st Shift / Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Annual salary is $60,000 - $80,000 annually DOE.

What You Need:
-High school diploma (or equivalent).
-Strong knowledge of manufacturing fundamentals and CNC programming.
-Expert-level experience with NX CAD/CAM software and Macro B logic.
-Solid computer skills.
