Trillium is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Heath. This is a direct-hire position designed for a highly motivated individual who treats sales with an entrepreneurial mindset, managing their role as if they were the business owner.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and adept at fostering long-term relationships with clients. While this position allows for independence in day-to-day operations, the Sales Representative will work closely with our corporate teams across the Midwest, ensuring access to necessary resources and support.

Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business
-Identify and target new business opportunities within the Bucyrus territory
-Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
-Collaborate with company locations across the Midwest to enhance product offerings and provide customer solutions
-Meet or exceed sales targets with a focus on expanding the client base
