Now Hiring a Chief Engineer/Boiler Operator in Northern Maine!

Our client is a leading softwood lumber producer in Northern Maine seeking a candidate to oversee operations at a Manufacturing facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and code-compliant plant performance while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
-Supervise plant operations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
-Lead a team, provide training, and maintain a clean, safe work environment

-Plan and oversee annual maintenance shutdowns
-Develop and enforce operational procedures

Qualifications:
-State of Maine 3rd Class Stationary Steam Engineer License (or higher)
-5+ years of experience in heavy industrial operations or similar industrial facility
-Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skill
