Project Manager
Trillium is now seeking a Commercial Project Manager in Indianapolis for a Direct Hire opportunity!
We’re looking for a Commercial Project Manager to lead commercial and multifamily projects, working directly with architects, owners, and general contractors to optimize designs, manage costs, and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee project scope, material and labor costs, and direct margin expectations.
-Manage procurement, coordinate with trades, and schedule work sequencing.
-Conduct site visits, track project budgets, and prepare invoices.
-Work with Blue Beam drawings for project designs.
-Review estimates, recommend design changes, and manage change orders.
-Collaborate with sales teams to ensure project accuracy.
-Work with ProCore and/or Clear Story for managing projects

-Salary: $80K - $90K | Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM

What You Bring:
-Experience: 3+ years in construction project management.
-Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities.
-ProCore and Blue Beam proficiency preferred, ERP knowledge (Oracle preferred), and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
