Yard Laborer

Trillium Staffing is looking for a Yard Laborer in Saginaw, MI! 

Trillium is looking for a seasonal site attendant at a compost site,
performing semi-skilled work with the following duties but not limited to:
- Provide excellent and courteous customer service via phone and in person.
- Schedule deliveries and deliver products to customers.
- Receive incoming loads, inspect materials, and direct customers.
- Maintain accurate records of writing receipts and checking customer ID’s.
- Receive payments from customers and balance daily payments. 
- Use company vehicles and equipment as necessary 
- General grounds keeping as needed

This seasonal job is set to run until mid-fall. Pay rate is $15.00/hr. Schedule M-F, 7am-3:30pm.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid State of Michigan driver’s license.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited oversight.
- Strong mathematical aptitude.
- Familiar with tools and equipment including general hand tools, landscaping equipment (lawnmower, edger, etc.), gardening tools, two-way radio, and telephone.
- Familiarity with compost knowledge preferred.
- Front-wheel loader and dump truck experience preferred.
