Superintendent

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Superintendent in Milwaukee, WI for a direct-hire opportunity!

The individual will be overseeing several multi-million dollar T.I. and ground-up construction projects throughout the area. 

Duties:
-Plan, coordinate, schedule, and manage site operations and logistics of all assigned projects
-Supervising subcontractors, in-house crews, and other laborers as well as the implementation of safety standards and procedures
-Controls change order requests from subcontractors by assuring proper coordination of work and though a full understanding of contract requirements
-Ensures all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, in addition to company policies and procedures are followed
-Ensures proper use, care, security, and safe keeping of all company owned assets (vehicles, equipment, materials, supplies, parts etc.) in additional to all rental assets.
-Coordinates deliveries and oversees equipment rentals and proper use

Compensation: 
Annual salary between $90,000 - $120,000/yr

Qualifications:
-High school diploma required; preferred qualifications include trade (carpentry) experience, technical certificates, or an engineering degree.
-5+ years of experience managing projects up to $5M.
-Valid Wisconsin driver’s license required
-OSHA 30 certification, and First Aid/CPR preferred.
-Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficient with digital tools like Outlook, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, etc,
-Must be able to pass background screening, drug tests, and comply with company drug and alcohol policies.
-Exceptional organization skills and the ability to effectively schedule and prioritize the needs of jobsite in order to meet project deadlines
