Plumbing Foreman
Trillium Construction is searching for an experienced Plumbing Foreman in the Milwaukee area.
Our client is a mechanical contractor specializing in residential and commercial projects focusing on plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Electrical. They are now hiring for a Plumbing Foreman to help with their busy backlog. This is a direct hire opportunity with an hourly rate of up to $48/hr plus tons of overtime. Benefits include M/V/D, PTO, 401k, Paid Holidays, Company Vehicles, and a sign on bonus of up to $10k.
Duties:
• Lead and manage a team of plumbers and apprentices on residential plumbing projects, ensuring that tasks are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters, in residential buildings. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Manage daily operations of plumbing projects, including scheduling, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Inspect plumbing installations and repairs for compliance with local codes and industry standards. Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate inventory of plumbing materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure tools are in proper working condition and order supplies as needed.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, time logs, and change orders. Submit reports and progress updates to project managers or upper management.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential plumbing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Journeyman Plumbing License in the state of WI.
• In-depth knowledge of residential plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and plumbing regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with homeowners, team members, and management.
