Warehouse Operator

Trillium is looking for a Warehouse Operator position available in the Leland, NC area.

Pay rate $17.00 to $18.00 an hour based on skills and experience. This is a direct hire opportunity located at our client location who is a leading manufacturer. Hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The warehouse operator is responsible for processing and fulfilling orders and managing inventory. Will handle shipments and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Ideal candidates will prioritize safety, organization, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Warehouse Operator Responsibilities: 
-Follow all safety protocols and procedures 
-Manage inventory by maintaining accurate records
-Ensuring stock levels are updated.
-Operate a forklift safely to move inventory, including top-hatting materials.
-Restock supplies and place special or blanket orders as needed.
-Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming shipments per company policies.
-Prepare shipments according to workflow requirements for accurate and timely delivery.
-Identify and report defective items; process returns and reports as necessary.
-Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with company standards.
-Address and resolve shipment-related complaints; escalate issues to the supervisor as needed.
-Perform additional duties as assigned by management; job responsibilities may change as  needed.

Required Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Experience with inventory control systems.
-Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including OSHA regulations.
-Valid forklift operator license.
-Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Long term work history
