Safety Supervisor Needed! 

Now Hiring a Solar Manager to assist with Safety and help run the project. (6-Month Contract) – local project Chatham VA area.

We are seeking a Solar Safety Manager for a 4-month contract to oversee safety compliance on a solar construction project in Chatham  VA. The role involves implementing and enforcing OSHA and site-specific safety protocols, conducting safety audits and training, and ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel. Pay up to $50/hr.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures.
-Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety meetings.
-Ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and project-specific safety standards.
-Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
-Provide safety training and support for site personnel.

Qualifications:
-OSHA 30 certification required (OSHA 500 preferred).
-Experience in solar or renewable energy construction safety.
-Strong knowledge of fall protection, electrical safety, and heavy equipment operations.
-Excellent communication and leadership skills.
