Trillium Construction is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents for a General Contractor in Wisconsin that specializes in ground-up and remodel commercial construction.

This work will specifically focus on ground-up Culver’s projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, carpentry, concrete, or framing, and experience working with MEP contractors. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, willing to travel, and has the ability to manage construction operations on-site.

Job Duties Include:
-Oversee and supervise daily operations of ground-up construction projects.
-Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with all project specifications.
-Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any construction challenges.
-Perform hands-on work as needed, particularly in carpentry, concrete, or framing.
-Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress.

Pay rate is $42 - $60 per hour, based on experience. 40+ hours per week. Company will cover lodging, flights, and travel expenses in addition to hourly pay. $1,000 sign-on bonus and $1,000 retention bonus after 6 months.

Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in construction, preferably as a superintendent.
-Experience in carpentry, concrete, or framing, with hands-on capabilities.
-Experience working with MEP contractors (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Ability to travel Monday through Thursday, with weekends off (Friday-Sunday).
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
