Foreman

Trillium Construction is seeking a Foreman for a project in Charleston, SC. 

Pay rate is up to $37 per hour. Schedule: Mon - Fri, 7a to 3:30p.

Responsibilities include: 
- Has become proficient with all duties of an operator 3.
- Routinely runs a small crew with little to no input from the superintendent.
- Understands all of the Policies from Safety to Equipment Policies
- Understands the importance of checking into tie-ends (existing roads, existing sewer, etc.) when we first arrive on site.
- Understands when / why we use our GPS department to confirm subgrade before rock is placed and rock grade after rock is placed.
- Knows and understands all of the Safety and Equipment policies
- Knows GPS rover and machine control very well.
- Can set up UTS and instruct his or her employees on how to do so.

- Can read and interpret blueprints.
- Can accurately set up all instruments and figure grades to lay pipe.
- Can deal with problems on a jobsite in a professional manner as well as communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, owners, General Contractors, etc.
