Production Lead

Weekend Production Coordinator needed in DePere, WI! Direct Hire! 

Our client is looking for a Production Coordinator who will lead and supervise their weekend production team. This includes coordinating, prioritizing and delegating assignments and training employees. This person will also work directly with the Production Supervisor and Plant Manager on job outputs. Other responsibilities include managing schedules, shop floor inventory, understanding and executing work orders, shop drawings, bill of materials to clearly communicate them to employees, implement safety procedures and other supervisory duties.

The Production Coordinator is a direct hire opportunity. The weekend hours are Friday - Sunday from 4:00am – 4:00 pm. Wage ranges from $28-$32/hr, based on experience.

Qualifications: 
-At least two years of leadership experience.
-A minimum of three years of metal manufacturing experience, five years ideally.
-Understanding of assembly processes. 
-Prior scheduling/routing experience ideal.
-Experience working within an ERP system, SAP a plus!
