Mechanical Superintendent

Trillium Construction is seeking a Mechanical Superintendent for a full-service contracting and design firm that specializes in design/build projects for both public and private clients, with a primary focus on the Department of Defense.

This position is based in the King’s Bay, GA and Jacksonville, FL areas, must be local or willing to relocate. If you’re an experienced mechanical construction professional with a commitment to safety, quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise mechanical construction activities, including Sheet Metal, Plumbing, Insulation, Pipefitting, and Welding teams.
-Coordinate crews and subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and deadlines.
-Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
-Collaborate with the Superintendent to manage multiple scopes of work across the project site.
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Foreman or Superintendent, with a plumbing scope of at least $400,000 on past projects.
-3+ years of experience with pressurized mechanical systems (government or military projects preferred).
-Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour, EM-385, and STS (training available).
-High school diploma or GED (construction management or plumbing trade school preferred).
-Computer literacy required; BIM software knowledge is a plus.
