Concrete Worker

Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Worker in the Minneapolis - St. Paul area to join our client’s team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with concrete, including both flatwork and formwork. This position offers steady, full-time work with competitive pay in a professional construction environment.

Schedule is full-time (Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week). Pay rate is $28 - $33 per hour (based on experience).

Responsibilities:
-Perform concrete flatwork, including pouring, leveling, and finishing.
-Construct and set forms for concrete structures, ensuring proper alignment and stability.
-Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to project specifications.
-Use a variety of tools such as trowels, screeds, and power tools to achieve desired finishes.
-Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
-Work collaboratively with other crew members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
