Bar Manager

Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Bar Manager for direct hire in Au Gres, Michigan.

Schedule may vary Thursday- Sunday 11am-11pm. Pay rate is $15 + tips. 

Job duties:
-Hire, train, and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
-Manage staff schedules, tasks, and address any concerns to maintain a positive work environment.
-Oversee inventory, cost analysis, and ensure adherence to beverage budgets.
-Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure compliance with liquor laws and sanitation standards.

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Previous bar manager experience.
-Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of mixology.
-Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and understanding liquor laws and regulations.
