Front Desk Clerk

Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor for direct hire in Au Gres, Michigan.

Schedule may vary Thursday- Sunday 11am-11pm. Pay rate is $16 per hour.

Responsibilities:
-Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with check-in/check-out, respond to guest questions and requests, and resolve any issues promptly with a friendly demeanor.
-Administrative Support: Answer and forward phone calls, manage guest bookings and reservations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
-Financial Oversight: Balance and audit daily transactions, prepare and run financial reports, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
-Operational Transition: Report any financial discrepancies, close the business day accurately, and ensure a smooth transition for the next day’s operations.

Qualifications:
-Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
-Experience: Prior hotel experience is required, with preference given to candidates with night auditor experience.
-Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to perform accurate mathematical calculations.
-Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff.
