Bartender

Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Bartender for direct hire in Au Gres, Michigan.

Schedule may vary Thursday- Sunday 11am-11pm. Pay rate $6 +tips. 

Responsibilities:
-Prepare and Serve Beverages: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers according to recipes or customer preferences, ensuring quality and consistency.
-Customer Service: Greet customers, take drink orders, engage with guests, and ensure a positive bar experience by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
-Manage Bar Area: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. This includes cleaning glasses, wiping down surfaces, and restocking bottles as needed.
-Handle Payments & Cash: Process transactions, handle cash, and ensure accurate change is given. Maintain a balanced cash register and report discrepancies.

Qualifications:
-Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bartending certification or completion of a bartending course is a plus.
-Experience: Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
-Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Knowledge: Understanding of drink recipes, cocktail mixing, and basic bar equipment. Familiarity with responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age laws.
