Finance Supervisor

Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Finance Supervisor for Direct-Hire in Flint, MI!

Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm. Annual salary is $100K per year.

Job duties:
-Oversee and lead the Finance department, ensuring effective management of all financial processes.
-Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in budget preparation and variance analyses.
-Support month-end and year-end closing, including assisting with audits and government reports.
-Manage various finance projects, train staff on new policies, and communicate unresolved issues to the Director.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
-Understanding of general accounting software, such as QuickBooks.
-Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
