Behavior Analyst

Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Direct-Hire in Flint, MI!

Schedule is M-F 8am-5pm. Annual salary is $90k per year.

BCBA Duties:
-Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients.
-Conduct assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), to identify client needs.
-Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff on implementation of behavior plans.
-Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on data analysis.

Qualifications:
-Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
-Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
-Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff.
