Project Manager

Trillium Construction is seeking Project Managers for a large general contractor specializing in small to large civil construction projects along with commercial construction, design-build, general contracting, metal buildings, and building additions.

The company specializes in construction for both the private and public sectors. Work types include underground utilities, asphalt paving, concrete, earth moving, structures, commercial and industrial building construction, and Construction Management. Trillium Construction is looking to Project Managers to oversee civil construction projects and Project Managers to oversee commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities for Civil Project Manager:
-Manage and oversee civil construction projects such as underground utilities, asphalt paving, concrete, and earth moving.
-Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.
-Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules.
-Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and materials.
-Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
-Conduct site inspections to ensure project compliance with design plans and quality standards.
-Resolve issues and implement solutions to maintain project progress.
-Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Responsibilities for Commercial Project Manager:
-Manage and oversee commercial and industrial building construction projects.
-Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality.
-Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to develop project plans and schedules.
-Monitor and manage project budgets, resources, and materials.
-Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
-Conduct site inspections to ensure project compliance with design plans and quality standards.
-Resolve issues and implement solutions to maintain project progress.
-Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications for Both Roles:
-Proven experience as a Project Manager in either civil or commercial construction (applicants will be considered for one role based on expertise).
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, and safety regulations relevant to the respective role (civil or commercial).
-Experience managing projects with budgets ranging from $5 million to $20 million.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.).
-PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
