Customer Service Representative
Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative position available in the East Lansing, Michigan area.
License preferred but not required. This is a possible direct hire or contract to hire position. Pay rate $37k to $40k based on experience. Hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Seeking a passionate individual with attention to detail for an incredible opportunity with a growing Independent Insurance Agency.
Customer Service Representative Job Description Responsibilities:
-Resolve customer service requests promptly and courteously
-Make outbound calls for appointment scheduling
-Maintain filing and office organization
-Provide administrative support
-Communicate professionally with clients and partners
-Track communications in CRM
-Perform additional duties as needed
Entry-level candidates with insurance experience considered. Competitive compensation package, plus bonuses, based on experience. Benefits and 401k available.

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative position:
-Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Strong customer service and communication skills
-AMS 360 software knowledge and P&C license preferred, but not required, this can be obtained after employment.
