Client Support Representative
Support Representative position available in the Farmington Hills, Michigan area.
Direct hire opportunity working at our client location. First shift position, M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The company is willing to train the right individual. Salary range is $65k to $70k per year with bonus potential.
Duties include but are not limited to job estimating, order writing, direct telephone interface with ASC customers, providing technical direction / support, interfacing with operations for resolutions of any issues, assembly and mailing of customer samples, assisting operations in the shop from time to time to meet “all hands-on deck” production needs, especially in hardware & assembly area.

• Work Hours: 8am – 5pm
• Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year.
• Bonus: This position is eligible for bonuses which are paid at year end and is based on company and personal performance.
• Benefits: Medical, Dental – ASC covers the Premium on the insurance – You are responsible for your co-pays and deductibles – Plan details to be provided.
• 401K Program: Available after first full year of service – you must sign-up or decline during the enrollment period. NOTE: the ASC program also includes a discretionary profit-sharing component – Plan info to be provided.
• Vacation: 1 wk. during your first year of service. 2wks after your first full year of service – NOTE: Not to exceed 5 workdays at a time without approval and to ensure that multiple people are not away at the same time – Exceptions must be approved. Vacation schedules are based on seniority however, we manage time off with “fairness to all” in mind.
• Paid Holidays (business is closed): Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving & Day After, Labor Day, Your Birthday (employee manual for guidelines to be provided)
• Employment Start Date: ASAP

• Full Training on products and the use of the company’s estimating system will be provided.
• Use of Microsoft Word / Excel is required
• The ideal Candidate will have a strong command of the English language - Bi-Lingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must have a naturally friendly and positive attitude and ability to work well in a team atmosphere. (We are a family owned and operated business and seek an individual that will fit into our “family friendly culture”).
• Must be a fast learner and be willing to work independently once fully trained
