Human Resources Systems Specialist

Trillium Staffing is one of the largest, fastest growing staffing companies in the country.  We are looking for an experienced Systems Specialist to join the Human Resources team at our corporate office in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

This position will support various computer software systems involved with the HR employment lifecycle from onboarding through employment to offboarding.  The systems specialist will collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and solutions, configure, validate, test and refine software modifications to improve efficiency and ensure compliant employment practices.  This position assists internal staff by troubleshooting and providing ongoing training support.   

This position is an in-seat (non-hybrid) position at our conveniently located corporate headquarters in Kalamazoo, Michigan.  If you are enthusiastic about HR technology applications and possess an innate curiosity to find and develop practical business solutions, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or related program, or equivalent experience in a related field.
-Previous hands-on experience administering HRIS, HCM or payroll software systems.
-2 or more years of previous experience in Human Resources preferred.
-Data analysis, report writing or advanced Excel experience preferred.
-Basic knowledge of legal requirements as they pertain to the field of HR.
-Meticulous attention to detail and high degree of accuracy required.
