Service Technician

Trillium Professional is now seeking Service Technicians in Charlotte!

Pay rate is $21-32/hr. Schedule is 8am-3pm.

Responsibilities:
Perform detailed inspections and/or option modifications on all machinery.
Fill out detailed inspection forms for company record keeping.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Complete monthly skills training
Assist in all warehouse operations delegated by warehouse supervisor and service manager.
Assist senior technician’s in the field with installation and training on customers machinery.
Assist as need with phone support.

Qualifications:
-Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot bandsaw machinery.
-Great record keeping skills.
-Basic computer knowledge.
-Must be able to read and understand Electrical and Mechanical drawing and schematics.
-Some PLC knowledge, but not required.
-Must have basic knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
-Excellent communications, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
-Working knowledge of all precision and measuring tools.
-Knowledge of basic hand tools.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, kneeling, squatting, and lifting (max. 50lbs).
-Valid driver’s license.
-Ability to effectively manage time.
-Ability to travel as needed.
-Must be a Team player.
